First thing is that the company does care about the drivers. There’s work if you’re really trying to work. I’ve been with the company for a few weeks and I don’t regret working here. I tried OTR but I’m a family-oriented person. I like local work which at the moment they don’t have positions open for me. But overall dispatchers are professionals, another thing I encourage anyone to read the disclosures that they sign. They do have health insurance from day 1. Recruiters are easy to speak to. They always answer the phone. Another thing is that pay period starts on Wednesdays. TRUCKS ARE 100 percent ready for the road.
